If you never received your order or there has been an error with your order, you can chat with us for assistance with your product or questions with the chat button below.

No, only products ordered from Hoover.ca can be returned through the Hoover website. Purchases made elsewhere have to be returned through the original place of purchase. If you are having issues with a Hoover product, Hoover can support with warranty service.

Products purchased directly from Hoover.ca may be returned for credit within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Hoover will provide a pre-paid shipping label to you through email. Any other additional charges related to expedited shipping will not be refunded.

Please add the model number(s) of the item(s) that will be returned in the description 

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of a return.

Credits are issued via the payment method used for original purchase. Beyond 30 days, credit will only be issued when Hoover determines that the return is due to a mistake made on the original order by Hoover.

Refunds are made back to the original form of payment. It can take 4-6 weeks depending on the payment used and the practices of the financial institutions to see the funds credited back.
